Artistic Statement
It always begins as an emotion. A feeling plucked from within me, drawn out by a desire to be made visible the only way I know how; through dance. These emotions often weave themselves into stories that drive my creative process and ignite the fuel for movement, soundscape, and performance decision-making. These stories allow me to make work that excites the eye and challenges the limits of the body, filling all capacity for both emotional and technical abilities, while remaining deeply rooted in the human experience.
My passion for movement pushes me to continue creating and exploring for myself its endless ability to embody our strongest and most profound emotions.
